Hello, zine friends!

In amongst the IZM goodness, I’d like to pause and make a small announcement:

I’m going to close my Patreon.

I’ve been on Patreon for quite a while now, and it has made a huge difference in getting the podcast onto a great host as well as helping the costs we zinemakers know all too well. Patron support has meant the world to me on many different levels.

That said, I’m not doing enough with Patreon. I’m not rewarding patrons in a way that I would like to, at levels I want to, and it doesn’t feel right to me to keep the page going with things as they are. I held onto the hope that I would get back to a place where I could have the time and energy to make a truly great page to show my appreciation for patron support… but it’s time I accept my limitations and accept that things will be as they are for a while in that regard.

With all of my heart, I thank patrons for all their support. I will be paying the kindness forward in every way I can.

Hello, hello, and hello once more, dear zine friends!

As you probably well know by now, it has been quite the adventure bringing Sea Green Zines over to new hosting. Admittedly it was a somewhat hasty decisions with bills looming that involved rather steep price jumps. There were bound to be a few hiccups along the way!

As far as I know at this point, the only things I’m missing are some of the pictures and…

THE DISTRO

Hahaha. Yes, alas, the distro has gone missing. Rest assured, I will be working getting it back up and running as the priority this week. Until then, if you’re interested in checking out *my* zine stuffs, it’s on Etsy at: www.etsy.com/seagreenzines

Hello, zine friends!

WELL.

It’s a bit of a mess around here with all the mess and the construction equipment, but it’s getting there. There have been many long hours spend with lovely helpdesk people as well as wading through what I know of various bits and bobs that have to do with website wrangling.

Things haven’t exactly been consistent or normal around here for… pretty much all of 2020, but I’m feeling good about this. It’ll look more or less like the same blog all said and done, but I’ll take a fresh start in whatever forms I can get them. This feels like a fresh start, and I’m hoping that the universe will be kind enough to help me make it a good one.

I’m getting out ahead of potentials early and letting you know there may be a few technical hiccups ahead. My hosting/domains/etc prices have jumped big time, so I’m in the process of switching to a new service. Crossing fingers it happens as smoothly as possible!

Hello dear, wonderful zine friends!

I know it’s been rather quiet around here lately. Especially with no mail coming in for Happy Mail Monday. However, I was invited to do something really fabulous today, and I’m so excited! The release isn’t in my hands, though, so I’ll be waiting along with you.

Hey everyone. I’m going offline today and possibly tomorrow. Someone launched a rock through my back windshield with so much force that there are bits of glass all over inside the car.
