Check It Out: Twenty Two Zines – Zine Awards

Hello, zine friends!

Recently, Wesley of Twenty Two Zines put up a short series of zine awards from the zines they read in 2023, and I thought I would feature the videos here. Enjoy!

Welcome to the very first annual Twenty Two Zine Awards! In this little series I go through all the zines I received in 2023 and grant an award to each creator. Have a very happy new year full of love, art, and zines!

What Is Mini-Zine March?

It’s that time of year again, but what time is that, exactly? Why Mini Zine March, of course.

With #minizinemarch taking off, I thought I would make an updated video talking a little bit about MZM, how it started, and how you can get involved.

Let’s Chat Vlog

[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmuO3eZ5ixc&w=560&h=315]

2022 has been a year – and yes, I am declaring that in August. In this vlog, I really needed to chat about what’s been going on, the year, how I’ve changed, and how my priorities have changed. But in a much less organised way than that implies.

Behind the Scenes – An Unplanned Vlog

[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8y7EKZ8TjOY&w=560&h=315]

In this on the fly vlog, I talk about being a little bit ‘too into’ work and always working. I also talk about finally getting an answer to all the ‘this isn’t quite right’ medical results I’ve been dealing with over the years.

As always, thank you for watching.
